Mr. Willem Tuks Lavarias
Mr. Willem Tuks Lavarias is a techno-social scientist and inventor responsible for award-winning inventions that are
eco-friendly and certified organic. He is the brain and the driving force behind Breathe Easy 1% Eucalyptus Oil Aromatherapy Personal Diffuser as well as FERMOIL.
Back in 2015, Mr. Lavarias launched what was called Salutem, the first pharmaceutical-grade oxygenated vegetable oil in the Philippine health market, as a supplement to other formal medications. Coconut oil and other vegetable oils have been long known to have anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, and thus are used in basic products ranging from soap (still more effective than alcohol in disrupting virus membranes) for protection against the spread of viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms, to product carrier oils for the food supplement and essential oil industries including cannabis supplements and cosmetic industries.
Through co-fermentation the same properties could be made available in a more readily absorbable state, which is what the 21-day fermentation process delivers.

How does the 21-day co-fermentation deliver on its exponential improvement of bioavailability of the therapeutic fatty acids of good oils?
It turns out vegetable oils have a natural film over the constituent therapeutic fatty acids that take time for the human body to ferment and digest and thus make it bioavailable thru the blood stream. Because fermentaion of vegetable oils only begins in the small intestine, only a small amount of the digested fatty acids end up in the blood stream and eventually in the diseased organ(s).
The 21-day process ferments and evaporates this limiting oil film to release the coconut oil’s (as well as those of olive and red palm oils) essential, natural and powerful therapeutic molecules ready for the battle with virus and bacterial pathogens upon contact and without having to be digested by the human body.

Each of the four oils contained in Breathe Easy Eucalyptus Oil Aromatherapy are sourced from commercially available organic vegetable and essential oil suppliers in the Philippines.
Coconut oil is 100% derived from organic Philippine sources and cold processed while the olive oil is extra virgin olive oil from European origin obtained directly from olives without heat and solely by mechanical means. Red palm oil is sourced from palm fruit and cold-pressed as well while the eucalyptus oil is 100% pure steam distilled essence in oil, cold pressed from eucalyptus tree.

Breathe Easy Eucalyptus Oil Aromatherapy is a yellow oily liquid delicate in flavor and scent. This 21-day fermented mixed oil is one of the most highly saturated vegetable oils. Coconut oil contains over 90% of medium chain saturated fatty acids, making it a very stable oil torancidity, even at higher temperatures. Medium chain fatty acids have been reported to boost metabolism and support the body´s immune system. In particular, lauric acid is also present in human milk. Medium chain fatty acids such as caprylic and capric acids and their monoglycerides have also demonstrated good anti-viral, antifungal and antibacterial properties.
The major fatty acids in olive oil triacylglycerols are: Oleic Acid (C18:1), a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. It makes up 55 to 83% of olive oil. Linoleic Acid (C18:2), a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid that makes up about 3.5 to 21% of olive oil.
Red palm oil contains around 50% medium chain fatty acids, but it also contains the following nutrients: carotenoids, such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, and lycopene. Sterols.

Extracted from fresh coconut meat, virgin coconut oil (VCO) has long been known for its health benefits. It could even be beneficial in curing COVID 19.
Dr. Fabian Dayrit, professor emeritus at the Ateneo de Manila University’s Department of Chemistry, has proposed VCO as a supplement and treatment for COVID 19.
Dr. Dayrit said VCO is comparable to soap. When a person washes his hands with soap, the membrane of the virus is destroyed because soap is a surfactant that breaks up water or oil. VCO acts similarly because “the components of the coconut oil will act on the lipid membrane of the virus and destroy the membrane,” Dr. Dayrit said.
Clinical trials are currently being undertaken wherein VCO is mixed with the food served to patients with moderate to severe COVID 19.
