Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer

pertains to the combined mixture composition of Biochar as it contains more than 100% absorption of pure nitrogen now locked into the carbon molecules that has a combination mixture of 45% Urea and/or Complete fertilizer, 5% non- chlorinated water and 50% of biochar generating a slow release of Nitrogen based fertilizer that can increase nutrient retention capacity, decrease nutrient loss from soil, increase crop yield and plant growth. The said product is a “ready to use” combination mixture by just using the technology throughout the agriculture land preparation and all mixtures are readily available in the market.

Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer is an effective plant nutrient loading planting preparation method and/or technology using Biochar blended with Fertilizer, which with the high cost of fertilizer prices will reduce the use of chemical-based fertilizer and will enhance the plant nutrient system of the local farmers. Biochar induces adsorption fixation of urea due to its high porous content and surface functionality. Biochar-based compound fertilizer can provide higher incomes through increased crop yield and reduced chemical fertilizer use.

Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer can be used as a conventional fertilizer, with the combined separate mixture of Urea and/or Complete Based-Fertilizer dissolved completely with non-chlorinated water. Then adding Biochar with its nutrient retention ability thus can deliver Nitrogen and other nutrient capacity due through its highly porous structure and releases high cation exchange to soils and improves the protons consumption reactions that reduces soil acidity and increases soil PH. This new kind of technology can be applied in agriculture land preparation by lightly spreading into the soil surface prior to plowing and harrowing.

One bag of Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer is equivalent of more than 3 bags of commercial fertilizer. Aside from cheaper cost, the farmer will have healthier and higher quality products. The Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer can deliver 90% of Nitrogen it carries into the soil. It means that when it rains, no amount of product goes to waste while 80-90% of Nitrogen goes to the crops. It retains the nutrients in the crops and soils and does not go to waste and prevents nutrient pollution outside the farm.

Palaguin Biochar N Rich Super Fertilizer enhances the traditional low bioavailability of commercial fertilizers; thus this method will lessen the need for chemical based-fertilizer applied for farming. The biochar application will increase soil PH that can be attributed to the high carbon content contained in biochar.

Objectives

To improve the potential of biochar to increase the nutrient capacity when blended with Urea and/or Complete Fertilizer and dissolved completely with non-chlorinated water;
That the dry Biochar combined with Urea and/or Complete fertilizers will absorb almost 90% of the pure Nitrogen now locked into the high porous carbon molecules of the biochar creating a slow release of nitrogen-based fertilizer increasing high nutrient capacity, plant growth, improving soil conditions. Nitrogen fertilizer utilization and promote high crop yield at lessen expense for chemical fertilizer.

Our Process

PROCESS: The biochar was produced via pyrolysis using available agricultural waste products and/or recyclable biomass stalks composed of dry branches, coconut husks, dry leaves, dry bamboo twigs, lawn cuttings and others. The collected biomass stalks were crushed, chops and dried. Pyrolysis was performed using Top-Lift Up Draft (TLUD) Biochar kiln under oxygen-limited environment under temperature in range of 300-600 degrees Celsius with a residence time of 1 hour. With the used of pyrolysis technology, recyclable biomass stalks yielded 33% of the dry biomass weight on average. A portion of bulk biochar was ground at 20 meshes respectively.
